How do I add my contacts list to my email distribution list%3f

I want to know how to add the addresses in my Contacts list to my email
distribution list? My computer is hooked to a network and I dont want other
users on seperate computers to view my list? is there anyway I can do this?

this DL. I would assume you are asking an Exchange question here, not an
