How do I adjust line spacing in outlook contacts notes

[Mr. Bill :)]

Sometimes line spacing is 1 & 1/2 or double space between lines in the notes
box for contacts. Is there a way to adjust this? Sometimes if I delete the
space or return to the next line then hit return it changes it to single line.
