how do I allow another program to send mails on my behalf - explic

I need to give an application the right to use a MAPI account. Every time the
application wants to send a message using the account Outlook Prompts the
user asking if this should be allowed. Where can I let Outlook know that the
application is not a virus and should be given the right to use the accound
explicitly?

Any help would really be appreciated.
