Sounds as though security wasn't applied correctly. It's a very complicated
process.
Take a look at the Access Security FAQ at
http://support.microsoft.com/support/access/content/secfaq.asp
Read it carefully several times, make sure you don't skip any steps, and
work on a copy of your database.

only and another to Full permissions, but everyone in the group can open and
make changes to forms and queries. I also gave each person a password,
however, I am the only one that gets a pop up box to enter a password.
