How do I back up folders of emails and address book???

When I do my back-up, where are my folders of emails and addresses located?

If I export my addresses onto the desktop, and then drag my folders from
Entourage onto the desktop (so they become mbox files), is this
sufficient???

That will export all of your mail and contacts, but not accounts, rules,
mailing list entries, calendar entries, notes, tasks, custom views,
preferences, etc.

To back up all Entourage information, you need to make a copy of your
identity folder. The location information is here:

To restore it, just drag the identity folder into your active "Office X
Identities" or "Office 2001 Identities" folder, launch Entourage, and go to
Entourage -> Switch Identity or File -> Switch Identities.

In the future, please state what version of Entourage you are using.
