How do I backup my entire Entorage 2008 data?

I need to reformat my iMac, which holds Entourage 2008 and all of my
Entourage data.

Is there a folder or file that I can just copy that has all my Emtourage
data, or is this going to be a major effort?

Your Microsoft User Data folder:

Entourage 2008: ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2008 Identities/your
identity

You might want to copy your Microsoft preferences so you don't have to
re-enter your settings and registration.

Be sure to get all of the .plist files. They start with "com.microsoft". You
can also do a search for "Microsoft" in preferences to get them all. Office
2008 has a lot! I'm showing 75, but that also includes my Microsoft keyboard
and mouse. A lot depends on what you have opened and used. The Microsoft
folder is the most important.

~/Library/Preferences/

com.microsoft.OfficeNotifications.plist

com.microsoft.DatabaseDaemon.plist

com.microsoft.Entourage.plist

Get this folder:

~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/Office 2008/
