How do I block unwanted error msgs (missing .dll's)

During Office start-up I receive 2 error messages - " ...\Office\sbcmsync.dll
" & "...program files\quckviewplus\support\aiexch.dll" could not be found.
Any way to block these? A search for both (including hidden files) was
negative. The quickview plus error is probably bc it's not installed, but I
have no clue as to why "sbcmsync" is nort available. I even checked my other
computers & could't find them there, yet receive no msgs on either (I might
have been able to copy and paste if they had been). Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

Thanks

The first error is being thrown by Outlook 2000 Small Business Customer
Manager - if you have upgraded in place or removed the SBCM, it has left a
stray entry in Outlook - Tools->Options->Other->Advanced->Add-in Manager or
COM Add-ins (forget which place this gets put) and uncheck the add-in.

Add/Remove Programs->Microsoft Office. Select the Small Business Customer
Manager from the custom installation wizard.

| Speaking of removing (uninstalling) SBCM, how exactly do you do that?
