How do I buy Outlook 2000 or 2003?

I have MSWord 2002, which came with my Windows XP computer. I have Outlook
98 (8.5.5104.6). I want to upgrade Outlook ( to 2000 or 2003), but without
buying the whole Microsoft Office. How do I do that? I'm sorry to be so
dense, but I've been having the devil of a time trying to find out on the
Microsoft websites. Thank you!

Outlook 2003 can be purchased either at your local computer store or online,
through various resellers. You can probably get better prices online. I just
saw Outlook 2003 online for $79.

Just be aware that, by buying Outlook 2003 as a stand-alone product, you
will not be able to use Word 2002 as an editor in Outlook or to do mail
merges, neither of which are big deals, IMO. To accomplish either of those,
versions of Word & Outlook must match.
