How do I calculate the first day of the next month following a ce.

I have a list of dates and I need to calculate the the first day of the next
month. How can I do it with a formula?

Example:

15-Mar-04 (date I am looking for is 01-Apr-04)
22-Apr-04 (date I am looking for is 01-May-04)
27-May-04 (date I am looking for is 01-Jun-04)
