How do I change add company name and logo to template

I've downloaded the Northwind inventory database for Acess 2007, and would
like to add my company name, logo and a style to replace what's built into
the template. Can I do this as a universal change? Also I'd like to delete
ALL information held in the tables, so I can start entering my own data. Is
there a simple way to do this?
