How do I change the color wheel to have more colors?

Using Powerpoint 2003 SP1 on two different machines, both with 32-bit color,
I have one machine that has less colors to select from in the Standard color
wheel. I know I can use the custom color to get the exact color, but it is
labor intensive. I'd rather have the same standard color wheel on both
machines.

Is there a way to change it and how do I do it?

This sounds like an issue with the video/graphics drivers on the two
systems. Do they both use the same video card?
