How do i change the default folder names

My folder names default to the Thai language and i want them to default to
English (US). I am living in Thailand and the OEM XP was loaded by the shop
where I purchased the desktop. I have tried reloading Outlook but it seems to
find a setting somewhere, probably in the registry and automatically defaults
to Thai. This only occurs in Outlook all my other apps are in English.
