how do I change the font colour in the save as box

The colour of the font in Microsoft Office save as dialogue box is hard to
see I wish to cahnge the font colour to a more visible colour how do I
achieve this.

This is a Windows setting.

Start/Control Panel/Display (or right-click your desktop and choose
Properties). On the Appearance tab, you can hit the Advanced button and
change the Window properties.

This will change more text than just that in the Save As dialog box, though.
