How do I change the interface language on office XP?

Can someone explain in simple terms how we can change the iinterface language
on an installed French version of Office Xp to English?

Hi Caroline,

Retail versions of MS Office do not include the files
needed to change the interface language. For Office XP
there was an Enterprise (Volume License only ) multi language
edition.
