How do I change the New Mail sound?

I've recently moved from Windows to a Mac. Under Windows I'd just change
the sound associated with New Mail in the Control Panel. Here I don't seem
to have such a simple option.

How can I can the sound?

We are just glad that sounds are now working. Be patient and new sound sets
will be released when things are normal again.

See this page for using custom sounds with Entourage. You can even create
your own sounds or use computer voices to announce your mail. For example,
you could have the AppleScript say ³Mail from Dad².

Sounds have worked for me since day 1. The only thing I noticed was that the
only 'sounds set' was the 'default' one.
