How do I combine landscape with portrait on same page

I have "portrait" pages with footers at bottom, but I want to insert an
already created table onto the page in "landscape" mode. Is there any kind
of a "text box" type thing that I can enter the table into that can be
rotated to landscape, yet maintaining the footers as "portrait"? The
standard text box won't allow a Table to be inside of it, so that doesn't
work. Any suggestions?
