For some reason, I have two folders. I do not know when and how this
happened, but I just want one Contacts folders but do not want to lose any of
my contacts and do NOT want to go through contact by contact.

Any reason you can't move the Contacts from one folder into the other? Seems
pretty simple.

Well, for one thing... I will have a lot of repeat contacts that I would have
to delete. I am sure there are only a handful that don't overlap, but I
don't want to lose those.

Then run a duplicate checker.

Might want to give some thought as to how this happened. Outlook doesn't
create a second Contact Folder by itself. Did you import data at some time
or synchronize it?
