How do I compare two columns of unsorted data?

Hey,
Well I have 2 column lists of numbers that I need to compare somehow, be it
remove the duplicates or show only the unique entry’s. I can’t sort the lists
due to the fact that there numbers listed as text since I don’t want it
removing the zeros. Is there a way this can be done?
