how do I control display settings in FrontPage?

How do I configure FrontPage to allow my web pages to fill the screen
correctly, everytime, when a visitor comes to the site, whether they use 800
x 600 or 1024 x 768?

Steve,

This has nothing to do with FrontPage settings.

You can control your website layout by using Tables. In your case you want
to set your table width at 100% and if required you can nest tables within
the main table.

Remember you will also need to set your page margins to "0" to avoid spacing.
