How do I convert slides from a cd into Powerpoint so I can use 'em

I want to copy slides into powerpoint, then I know I have to do something so
I can use these slide within powerpoint, I dont' remember how to do this, can
you help?

Are the "slides" on the CD in PowerPoint format? Or are they just images?
