Hi LoveHip,
Couple of things.
1) Never, ever, ever ( add as many evers as is needed to make a lasting
impression) save directly to a floppy disk. This is a recipe for corrupted
files that may not be salvageable. Apply this rule to ANY removable media
type.
2) Save to the hard drive and check the saved file size. If the file size
is under 1.4 megs, than it will fit on a floppy and you can copy the file
(Using windows, not PowerPoint). If the file will not fit on a floppy, you
have several alternates. You can try a file compression tool (like WinZip),
but these usually do not compress the file size much more than PowerPoint's
excellent built-in compression. You can also burn the PPt file to a CD or
use a network drive or 'thumb drive' style of USB device.
