how do I copy one disc to another?

I want to make back ups of discs, and want to know quickest way to copy all
files from one disc to another.

Certainly not with Word! (You do realize you posted in a Word newsgroup,
don't you?)

In Windows Explorer, right-click the A: icon and click Copy Disk. Then
follow the prompts.
