How do I create a 3D formula to perform a "sumif" function?

I am trying to Perform a Formula that links multiple worksheet's information
to compare a set of values. The help feature has told me that a "SUMIF"
function is not available when referencing multiple worksheets. Just
wondering if there is some nested IF formula that I could use to get the same
result??? Please help. Thanks.
