How do I create a brochure from a blank publication?

I am new to Publisher. I'd like to create a 2-fold, double-sided
informational brochure, but don't really want to use any of the templates I
found. How do I set up a New print publication as a brochure?

Three panel? Page setup, landscape. Arrange menu, set your margins, grid, three
columns. Be very aware of your printer margin limitations. In a landscape publication
the largest margin will be on the right. Also be aware if you are printing double
sided, what is on the right on the front of your brochure will on the left on the
back.
