How do I create a random pick on 6 people?

I need to pick host's for Links 2003 game of the week games. There is 6
players who host, a Starter and Assistant Starter for Friday, Saturday and
Sunday nights. Can I create a some kind of sheet to do the picking for me?

Here's a couple of ways:

List the names in A1:A6. In B1 enter =RAND() and copy down
to B6 or just double click the fill handle. Now select the
range A1:B6 and do a sort (any direction) on column B. Use
the name in A1 as your random pick.

OR

If you have the Analysis ToolPak add-in:

With the names listed in A1:A6, enter this array formula
in B1:

=INDEX(A1:A6,MATCH(RANDBETWEEN(1,6),ROW(A1:A6),0))

Just press F9 to change the pick.
