Harve,
Project is a scheduling application, not a general purpose word
processing application. As such, it has no means for adding a
transparent watermark on hardcopy output.

You have a couple of choices. First, Preprint your sheets with the
desired watermark using Word or other word processing application and
then run them through the printer again when you print your project
schedule. Second, use Project's drawing feature to place a very
conspicuous note in the field of the Gantt Chart.

Hope this helps.

Harve,

FWIW, You may also look at the laser printer you are using to produce
your output.
Some support watermarks.

Cheers,

Bob
