HOPE Helps

I would like to create an application form that people can type in
electronically and send back to me but I'm having trouble because as soon as
you get to the end of the line, it keeps going on and the formating gets all
messed up (the line continues on and on).

I have created the questions in excel and posted them into word. Please
e-mail (e-mail address removed) with an answer.

Thanks

If you create the form in word and in table form then the blanks can be
filled in. Just ensure that boxes when created are sized by using the rulers
and not by inserting returns.

there is also a forms icon, which i can't find at present, but 'll be
back....... when i've found it.

Back Again

In word, select view, forms and that will place the toolbar.

Create your form like in table format and adjust to whsize and what you want
in the form.

add text in the relevant boxes. in boxes where you want applications to
inser details click on the ab button on the left of the toolbar.

once the documnt is created, you can protect by clicking on the lock, if you
do this while creating the form you'll notice that when tabbing, the cursor
moves between the created cells.

Once locked then ths applicant can only input in these boxes.

Hope this helps.

Let me know please y posting back to here.
