How do I create Outlook rules to check words in Internet header?

How can I create a Microsoft Office Outlook 11 "E-mail Rule" to look for a
word in an incoming message's Internet header? (I can see the information I
want to search in the text box at: View --> Message Options --> Internet
headers.)

tools, rules and alerts, choose the option to start with a blank rule.
Select the condition for words in the message header.
