How do I delete a read receipt (I'm the recipient) that is stuck in a
receive-only account? It can't send, I constantly get the same error
message. The reply isn't visible in any of the Outlook folders, either
Outbox or Sent, to allow me to delete it. I've attempted deleted the
originating message requesting the RR, and restarting, but to no avail.
