How do I delete folders from the "Move" menu in Entourage 11.1.0?

I recently switched from Eudora to Entourage, simultaneously changing
to Exchange. I had imported all my old folders from Eudora, but had to
copy them after a few days into the new Exchange account. I then
deleted the originals. The problem is that when I use the "Move" menu
to file a message, it still shows me the old, now deleted folders along
with the new Exchange-based folders. I can't find anything in the
documentation that tells me how to remove these now nonexistent folders
from the list under "Move."

Just wait a while - the folders that are listed there are just the 20 most
recently used folders. The old ones will drop off the bottom of the menu
over time.
