How do I distribute powerpoint slideshows

I have a PP presentation that I need to distribute and possibly have viewers
download from the web. Optimally have A FILE that is an executable started
from an icon shortcut.

I do not require viewers to have PP (most won't) but have a need to get this
presentation to them.

Is there a PP 'slideshow builder' that will accomplish this?

If they don't have PowerPoint installed, you'll need to present it in a format
that doesn't require PowerPoint. Use File > Save as Web Page and upload it to
your website. See:
