how do i download my email from two other email accounts?

I have tried many times to firstly set up the ability for outlook to be able
to download it but I am unsure if I am doing it correctly. Both my hotmail
accts are free. I am having a lot of trouble setting it up so I can download
it

Outlook access to free Hotmail accounts is being discontinued.

Is there any other email any other program I could use to download my email,
becuz it seems hotmail and yahoo have deleted their pop mail capabilities.

You can try http://yahoopops.sourceforge.net/ or sign up for a gmail
account, which allows Outlook access. I think you need a gmail invitation
for that, though.

I have gmail, my friend invited me but you can only forward your mail, it
does have pop but ther is no place to put the email address you wanna pop.

Well, plenty of other people access gmail via POP. I don't understand what
you mean by "ther[e] is no place to put the email address". The email
address goes in the account properties.
