How do I e-mail only part (page 1) and not other pages in Excel

In Excel 2000 I want to e-mail only part (eg page 1) of a worksheet that
contains more than one page. However how often I try different methods I
cannot seem to do this. Any ideas would be most welcome

The best way to start is to find a newsgroup that deals with Excel
questions. This group deals with Publisher problems.
