How do I embed a linked file to Power Point?

I am trying to send a PP via email but the sound files I've put on it is only
linked. I am having a hard time trying to embed it into the program. I
don't know how to convert the sound to a .wav file. Please help.

Convert the music into wav format using sound convertor such as Free CD-DA
