How do I extract files from .cil for Powerpoint 97?

Work only has PP97 and I went to MS.com to download clipart. It was in the
format .cil and I can not extract. I read that there is an online place to
extract these, but I can not seem to find it. -Bill

What happens if you double-click the CIL file? That's usually all it takes
to extract the clips.
