How do I fix blank categories screen in Outlook 2000?

Using MS Office 2000, I no longer see my categories listing. It's a blank
screen. I checked the MS Knowledge Index, and I understand there is a hot
fix. Where can I get it. BTW, I'm running Windows XP on an IBM Thinkpad.

The hotfix is available from Microsoft Product Support Services as outlined
in the KB article. Directions to get the fix, available ONLY from
Microsoft, are included in the article.
