How do I fix invalid product no. for Office 2003

I received a new product key no. for Office 2003 after hard drive crashed-
keep getting message Invalid prodcut number. How can I fix this?

If it were my problem, I would call Microsoft because I know that they
provide free tech support for installation issues (you do have to pay for
any long distance phone charges).
