Tried booting from a floppy.
Got to the A Prompt.

drive. ( or similar)
Tried doing it from dos prompt in run / cmd but it says

it says incorrect label)

Any ideas ??

You need to wipe the partition and reinstall Windows 2000 from the CD if
your system BIOS supports booting from the CD.

You will receive more detailed and expert instructions if you post to a
windows 2000 news group.

If you need to format a second hard drive you can always right click on my computer>manage> disk managment > right click on the hard drive old, {have a drive letter}, new {unpartioned space} format on the new, delete volume on the old and then click format and follow the wizards steps.
