how do I get a path to show up in Frontpage 2003

I'm not sure if this in the right group, but here goes. How do I get a path
to show up for my website? For example, at the site I'm talking about,
www.riada-equipment.com, if I click on the "Current Inventory" link, the only
thing that shows up in the url section is www.riada-equipment.com. How can I
change this so I can send someone to the exact piece of equipment they are
looking for? This site was kind of thrown at me to update, add/delete items,
etc., so I feel kind of like a fish out water. Maybe I need Frontpage for
Dummies or something equivalent?

The site is using Frames so the address bar will never show anything but the main frameset page URL (since that never changes)
- Redo the site to remove the frames
