How do I get a replacement cd for my OEM Office 2000 Small Business Edition?
I have misplaced the disks that came with my Gateway computer. I contacted
Gateway and they were of no help. Next time, I will buy a Dell. Regardless,
I need the disk to get some files off of it. Since upgrading to XP, I have
not been able to run several of the programs.

Replacement disks for Microsoft OEM software can only be obtained from the
OEM.
Replacement disks for Microsoft Retail software can be obtained from
Microsoft.

However, given that Office 2000 is obsolete, Microsoft no longer has
replacement disks for retail versions of Office 2000.

Given that Office 2000 is obsolete, I doubt that, even if you had gotten a
Dell, you would be able to find a replacement disk.
