How do I get back my command bar at the top of the screen i.e. Fi.

At work my boss clicked on the x and exited her command bar, the one that is
for File, Edit, View, Insert etc. I have tried EVERYTHING I can think to get
it back. When she wants to open a document or close she now has to use the
Alt key. It seems like she has hidden that bar somehow. Any help would be
greatly appreciated!!!!

1. Open Word.
2. Right-click the toolbar area and click "Customize".
3. Click the "Toolbars" TAB and check the "Menu bar" option.
4. Click "Close".
