How do I get Microsoft Office Outlook to auto start?

I would like Office Outlook to startup when I startup Windows so that my past
due tasks and reminders appear whenever I turn my computer on.

I asked this question a few months ago.
Here's the response.
(But remember if you do this, start-up is going to be VERY slow!!!
I open my laptop in the morning and set it to sleep during the rest of the
day.)
Thanks!! My computer takes much longer to start-up, but the results are what
I needed.

The best & safer way to do this is to put an icon for Outlook on your Quick
Start toolbar on the left side. Wait until all items have loaded, then click

To start Outlook when Windows starts, put a shortcut to Outlook's
executable in the "Start|All Programs|Startup" folder.

Whether you can get Outlook to start with the Past-due tasks and reminders
appearing when it starts, I don't know how. Perhsps someoneelse does.
