How do I get my "CONTACTS" info into my "OUTLOOK Address Bool"?

I have XP and Office Professional, Outlook 2002 sp2. I
have imported an old pre-pda file into contacts and need
to get that information into the outlook adress book. but
I can not even make a single entry into the OAB. Help!

Right click on your contacts folder, go to properties, outlook address book,
and tick the box. The OAB isn't an object, it's just a view of your contacts
folder(s).
