How do I get Outlook Contacts address bookpostcode in the right pl

I use Outlook Contacts address book to input addresses in Word but the
postcode is in the wrong place (US layout). How can I get the postcode at
the end of the address (UK layout) without having to cut and paste each time.
I've cracked it as far as mail merges go but it's really irritating when you
only want to input a single address into a one off letter.

You often find these days that even official type post no longer includes
the county, so simply deleting the County is one option, where you have a
postcode.

Other than that I dont know,
I assume you meant;
Town Postcode
County
Type layout.
