I did not get the proper CD's when I purchased my system. I need the CD's to
install Service Pack 3

Talk to the people who sold you the computer. If they cannot help, then they
probably sold you a pirated copy and you can take them to small-claims court
to get a legit version.

That won't work! I purchased from GATEWAY, and since it was over 30 days
they won't send replacements!

Gateway's contract with Microsoft says that they must provide you with
some sort of media. It may be CD or a hidden partition, but they must
provide you with something.

Then you're SOL. Microsoft does not, will not and, indeed, cannot offer any
support for OEM versions. All support - including replacement keys and
media - is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and/or vendor.

What do you mean by "Microsoft Office XP (not the SBE)" - if it wasn't the
Small Business Edition, what version was it - there is no such thing as
"Microsoft Office XP" without a version. The SBE is the version most
commonly supplied with computers and it's OEM only.

Just out of interest - how did you apply SPs 1 and 2? You'd have needed some
proof of ownership for those too. Anyway, your only choice is to pursue this
with Gateway - MS will *NOT* assist.
