How do I get rid of acrobat comments on the menu?

I cannot get rif of Acrobat comments on my menu bar. I have approximately 27
entries of Acrobat comments showing on the menu and I cannot get rid of them,
I have tried the 2 suggestions in the help area, it's not working. It is so
aggravating. I have Microsoft Word 2003, when you hold down on one of the 27
entries, the scrolling goes on forever. Can you help? Shari Jones

Have you uninstalled the Acrobat Add-in? Until you do so, there's not a lot you
can do about the commands it creates...

You should really bother ADOBE about this, it's their tool that's making the
mess, and they should best be able to tell you how to clean it up.

If you have the Works add-in see

similar.
You may find http://www.gmayor.com/lose_that_adobe_acrobat_toolbar.htm
useful also, but ultimately this is Adobe's poor programming that's not
helping.
