How do I get rid of ciceroUIwndframe?

I tried making Alternative Users Input not available as was suggested on
another site, but that has not helped. I did not have this probelm with
Office XP Professional.

Can someone please help me? I close to uninstalling Office 2003 and going
back to XP.
