how do I get rows in a table to enter separately

I have put a table 4 columns wide by 6 rows deep in a slide, and want each
row to enter on a mouse-click, rather than have the whole table enter at
once. Even if I create the table using six 4-column x 1 row tables one
above the other, they all still come in together. There must be a way.

Hi,

It's a bit of a pain, but you can ungroup the table by clicking on the table
to select it and then right click, select group, ungroup. Animate each "cell
words" separately. Be careful to leave the other items alone or regroup them
together. A PowerPoint table is really a collection of lines and text boxes
grouped together.
