How do I get sender's photo to show up on Outlook 2007 Inbox?

I have the photographs of the senders I receive email from saved as .jpg
files in a folder. The senders are in my Outlook 2007 contacts. The photos
show up when I open the contacts. But the photos don't show in the incoming
email messages.

Have you checked to see if Outlook is recognizing the link between the
senders email address and the Contact Record?
