How do I get the Calendar pane out of my Address Book Window?

Hi,

I launch Address Book, Calendar, and Mail in separate windows. For some
reason, my Address Book window has a Calendar pane. I want it to go away
since the calendar months are off anyway. The first month in the display is
correct, but the subsequent months jump to 2009(?). Please advise.

Thanks,

Jules

What version of Entourage are you using? My Address Book, in Entourage
2004, has no calendar pane and no way I know of to get one!

If you are using Entourage 2004, then how, specifically, are you opening
up this AB window that has a calendar pane?

It sounds like you might need to fix things.

First try removing the com.microsoft.Entourage.prefs.plist and Entourage
Preferences files at ~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft (where ~/ is your OS
user folder), and relaunching Entourage.

If that doesn't help, do a Rebuild of your database: launch Entourage
holding down Option key, and choose Rebuild.

That will probably fix it. If not, you'd have to run Remove Office in
/Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional Tools (it doesn't touch your
data), empty the Trash, reinstall Office 2004 from the CD, and update it to
11.3.4. But this is unlikely to be either helpful nor necessary.

A Rebuild is probably what will fix it.

Paul,

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I had to uninstall Entourage to
get it all to work again. I have no clue what originally caused this issue.
Thanks for the advice.
